WHOLE analyzes how your goals interact, tells you honestly what fits your timeline, and builds one plan that never silently drops a goal. When goals pull against each other, it says so instead of quietly picking a winner. Timelines are estimates, and progress varies from person to person.

What you actually do in WHOLE

You answer a short assessment, pick your goals, and WHOLE builds the plan. Each morning you check in, and the day's workout adjusts. Nutrition gives you a meal plan, a grocery list, and estimated calorie and hydration targets — WHOLE plans your food, it does not ask you to log every bite, and there is no food diary to keep up with. Progress keeps your weight trend, your non-scale victories, and an overall WHOLE score, and an exercise library with substitutions is there when a movement doesn't work for your body that day.

A coach you can talk to

WHOLE Coach is a conversational AI coach that knows your goals, your training level, the time you have, and the coaching tone you asked for. Ask how to swap an exercise you can't do, how to restart after a week you fell off, or how to think about a goal. It offers general fitness and wellness guidance — it does not diagnose anything, and it works alongside, never instead of, your healthcare providers.

Five coaching personalities — supportive, tough love, analytical, calm, and high energy — set how it talks to you. To be precise about what it is given: your first name, your goals, your training level, your session-length limit, your safety settings, your chosen personality and intensity, and the mood you reported. It is not handed your plan or your check-in history, and if you have not allowed mood to influence your plan, your mood changes only how it speaks — never what it recommends.

Coaching is text first, and on plans that include voice coaching you can also just talk: what you say is transcribed, passes through exactly the same safety screening as a typed message, and the reply is spoken back. Voice is off by default — WHOLE does not ask for microphone permission until you turn the voice switch on in the app's privacy settings, and it keeps the transcript, never the audio. On Performance plans, a camera form check can count reps and help you frame supported movements during a set — you opt in first, every frame is analysed on your device, and no video or image ever leaves it.

Safety is not a paid feature

WHOLE screens every coach conversation before it answers. If someone discloses a crisis, a medical symptom, or signs of disordered eating, WHOLE stops ordinary coaching and responds with support and a referral to qualified help — on every plan, on no plan, and after any usage limit has been reached. Pain and readiness safeguards work the same way. None of it is ever withheld behind a subscription.

Every plan opens with a 14-day free trial — no plan is charged before it ends. Setting up your profile and doing the daily check-in are free. The meal plan, the adaptive workouts, and the coach need an active trial or paid plan. Safety responses never do.
